International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) Lung Cancer News, one of IASLC’s newest publications, launched its print version in 2016 and online version in 2017 and is published bimonthly.

IASLC Lung Cancer News features the most up-to-date information on lung cancer research, patient care, tobacco control, and expert commentary from lung cancer leaders. The target audience for this publication is physicians and other specialists involved in the research and treatment of patients with lung and other thoracic cancers.

IASLC Lung Cancer News content is overseen by Corey J. Langer, MD, Editor, Associate Editors Fabrice Barlesi, MD, and Caicun Zhou, MD.

IASLC Mission:  To embrace the study of the etiology, epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and all other aspects of lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies; to provide education and information about lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies to IASLC members, to the medical community at large, and to the public; to use all available means to eliminate lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies as a health threat for the individual patient and throughout the world.
